The ceramic liner produced by our company is a kind of ceramic product made of natural inorganic materials (kaolin, feldspar, quartz, etc.) mixed into ceramic powder in a certain proportion and then pressed into shape, and then sintered at 1300-1500 ℃. It is suitable for shipbuilding, metallurgy, chemical industry, high-pressure vessel, boiler and other welding industries, and resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. It has the characteristics of stable arc combustion, no slag, smooth back weld and even welding wave.
1、 Concept of backing material for one side welding
One side welding liner is a kind of ceramic widely used in CO2 semi-automatic welding, automatic welding and other single side welding technologies. It can be used as welding liner materials for shipbuilding, marine, chemical and other steel structures.
Flexible application of single side welding material technology can save the root working procedure and implement single side welding. Therefore, it has a great contribution to improve productivity, reduce costs and improve the working environment.
2、 Characteristics of one side welding backing material
The ceramic products are made by mixing natural inorganic materials (kaolin, talc, etc.) into ceramic powder in proper proportion, forming under pressure, and sintering at 1350-1400 ℃.
Because of sintering at high temperature, it has good heat shock resistance for quench and quench, and can maintain stable state under high temperature generated during welding, so as to prevent metal from melting down and form good weld at the back.
Ceramic is characterized by acid and alkali corrosion resistance, so the steel will not have deformation or physical-chemical reaction during welding.
